  • What age group is the program designed for?
    The program is tailored for students aged 13–18, offering beginner-friendly lessons in technical production with no prior experience required.
  • What skills will my child learn?
    Students will gain hands-on experience in lighting, staging, audio, and video production, while also developing transferable skills like problem-solving, teamwork, and creative thinking.
  • Are there any prerequisites or prior knowledge required?
    No prerequisites are needed! The program is designed to introduce students to technical production from the ground up.
  • How much does the program cost, and what does it include?
    Pricing is: - $370 per term, or - $1,250 per year (15% discount)
  • Where and when are the sessions held?
    Every Monday during school terms between 6:30pm - 8:30pm. The sessions are currently held in Rouse Hill Community Centre. there will also be holiday workshops with industry professionals during the holidays.
  • How will this program benefit my child’s future?
    The program prepares students for high-demand careers in live events and emerging tech fields, builds confidence, and offers networking opportunities with professionals in the industry.
  • Is the program safe for my child?
    Absolutely. We prioritise safety and ensure all equipment handling and practical sessions are supervised by trained professionals.
  • Will my child have opportunities to work on real events?
    This is definitely the aim. While the program gets under way, it may take some time to create these opportunities.
  • How is the program structured?
    The curriculum spans a year and is divided into focused modules covering core areas of technical production, with periodic skill assessments to track progress. We cover one discipline per term, each discipline being Audio, Lighting, Vision, Staging. At the end of each term will be an exercise or event that will allow the students to apply the skills they have learnt over the term. At the end of the year there will be an end of year event that allows them to apply everything they have learnt throughout the year.
